You will also find Spiritual Anthems & other traditional Classics such as the "Medley for America," a blend of 3 songs: "America The Beautiful," "My Country Tis' of Thee" & culminating with "God Bless America."

Featured Spiritual & Patriotic Anthems - Tracks 1 - 6:

Track 1 - "America's Anthem, Yesterday, Today & Always":
Says Ann, "This song blends an original opening verse with one historic verse and of course, our traditional verse which is widely known and sung. The first verse, speaks of the challenges we face today and the commitment many Americans have, to hold to our original values of God & Country, as conceived in the hearts of our Founding Fathers and as lived out by generations of great Americans. This verse also speaks of the need to pass these values along to our young, as well as to live "by example" in our communities. The second verse is a little piece of history with lyrics that are ever relevant; and of course, the third verse is our National Anthem, which usually stands alone. For inspirational purposes, all three verses serve as the opening of the album as we celebrate our Country, it's founding principles, it's history, and it's heroes." WATCH VIDEO

NOTE: The traditional "National Anthem" with one verse, is also part of this album; it can be found in section three of the CD content, just prior to the Missing Man Table Ceremony, Track #12.

Songwriters: Ann M. Wolf is the writer of the Lyrics for Verse One.
The remaining lyrics are originally from "Defence of Fort McHenry," a poem written in 1814 by Francis Scott Key; and the music came from a popular British song written by John Stafford Smith for the Anacreontic Society.

Track 2 - "How Great Thou Art": Says Ann, "This is one of my favorites among Classic Hymns; this song is set to a background of relaxing tones, yet still keeping the traditional feel, reminiscent of a walk through the mountains while contemplating the magnificence of God, something which I love to do a lot from my home in the Smokies." Track 3 - "Anyway": Says Ann, "The lyrics from this song came from a poem written by Mother Teresa; this is a message that is always an inspiration, right on time. This song goes out to all who are digging deep to find the courage to move forward in the face natural disasters, loss or sickness... or who just have a big dream and won't give up on it. Thank you Martina McBride, Brett & Brad Warren for creating such a beautiful song from Mother Theresa's message."

Track 4 - "All These Things": Says Ann, "This song speaks abut the purpose of everything we are and all we have, as applied to fulfilling the mission of the soul, which is to love." WATCH VIDEO

Track 5 - "Above All": Says Ann, "This is one of my favorite classic contemporary Christian songs; hauntingly beautiful and so true in it's profound meaning."

Songwriters: Words & Music: Lenny Leblanc & Paul BalocheIntegrity & Hosanna Music (Adm. at EMICMGPublishing.com) plus Lensongs Publishing, Inc.

Track 6 - "Bless This House": Ann says, "This song was first introduced to me by a friend whose hobby was old time radio. He shared with me that "Bless This House," used to be played as the theme song for a very popular radio show back when radio was king. I fell in love with the simple beauty of the melody & words; and so it is with great pleasure that I bring to you this wonderful and inspirational piece of musical history. May God Bless & Keep the House of our Nation, the House of our community, and may our dwellings remain a place of Godly peace and comfort."

Songwriters: Words and Music by Helen Taylorand May H. Morgan ( a.k.a. Brahe ), 1927 Published by Boosey & Hawkes, Inc.

Patriotic & Spiritual Favorites from prior Ann Wolf Albums - Tracks 7 - 11:

Track 7 - "You'll Never Walk Alone": I adopted this song many years ago for it's inspirational value; but I chose to include it on this CD in honor of those amazing folks who come out on two, three, four or 18 wheels to comfort and protect families who are going through some of their most difficult days as they lay to rest their fallen loved ones who have served the cause of Freedom or who have perished in the line of duty. This song also goes out to all those angels & volunteers who offer loving support to others who are facing loss, illness, and devastation. The additional prayer you see below the song lyrics is one I have been known to sing from time to time, on the second "go around" of this song; I penned those words in a moment of inspiration, however the publisher did not allow me to include my original second verse in the recording. Here, however, I can share this with you, and we can pray the words together.

"Prayer Through The Storm" by Ann M. Wolf"
When you move through that storm lift your eyes up high
And look for the Light by the shore
At the end of the storm Is a golden dawn
And the promise of Grace leading home
Step on to the shore, climb on to the rock
Though your soul is tired and worn
Climb on, walk on with hope in your heart
And you’ll never walk alone
You’ll never walk alone!

Songwriters: R. Rogers/O. Hammerstein II – Williamson Music Co., A Div. of Rodgers & Hammerstein. Additional prayer beneath the song lyrics, by Ann M. Wolf

Note: Lyrics for "You'll Never Walk Alone" are displayed in the original & traditional form at the top of this page; the additional words are offered on this page by Ann Wolf as a prayer for viewing by her visitors to this website. The traditional version is what is found on the recordings, "A Patriot's Heart, In God We Trust," & "Caught Up in His Love." The additional words are not part of the original song and no claims by Ann Wolf are made as co-author of "You'll Never Walk Alone."

Track 8 - "Blessed Are The Ones": Inspired by the works of Mother Teresa & other great humanitarians, visionaries, & patriots, this song honors all those who still dare to love and serve, even in the face of hate and fear. The Video story-line is based around the Heroes who served on 9/11 & since. Track 9 - "I Will Never Forget You": Verse One honors Martin Luther King, Jr.; Verse Two, Mother Teresa & Verse Three, all those who serve in harm's way that others might live. WATCH VIDEO

Songwriter: Ann M. Wolf - c 2012 - BMI

Track 10 - "Can We Bring Those Days Back Again?: Remembering the times when children would play in nature, when families would still pray together, and when our principles and values connected us together, this song was written by Ann M. Wolf to pose the question stated in the song's title. In 2012, this song became the soundtrack for the first in a series of Videos in which American Heroes are honoring one of their heroes, "Heroes Honoring Heroes." WATCH VIDEO

Track 11 - "Amazing Grace": This is a tender rendition of this much loved, traditional song. It is important that we keep these songs alive and pass them along to our young. "Grace" is another word for The Holy Spirit, The Greater He, The Promise, Another Comforter; but by any Name, Grace is the power by which we can do what God has asked us to....to love Him with all our heart & strength, and to love others as ourselves, to include forgiveness & service. Grace is indeed the Gift.....that guides us and strengthens us, as we make our way through this life and unto our everlasting home. WATCH VIDEO

National Anthem/ Traditional Version plus Missing Man Table Ceremony Narration & more Classic Patriotic songs - Tracks 12 - 16:

Track 12 - "The National Anthem": Says Ann, "This is the traditional, short form of the "Star Spangled Banner" which has been included on the CD, "A Patriot's Heart, In God We Trust," in addition to the three verse version, AKA, "America's Anthem" which opens this album. (Track 1). The reason that two version of the Anthem have been included on "A Patriot's Heart" CD," is so that individuals & groups can have both for personal inspiration or patriotic events. Please see the other selections on this CD as well when seeking special music for your events." WATCH VIDEO

Songwriters: The lyrics are originally from "Defence of Fort McHenry", a poem written in 1814 by Francis Scott Key, and the music came from a popular British song written by John Stafford Smith for the Anacreontic Society.

Track 13 - "The Missing Man Table Ceremony": Says Ann, "A tradition at most important military and patriotic functions, "The Missing Man Table Ceremony" throws light on elements of the service, explains the meaning and significance of each step or item on the Table and takes the listener deep into the world of the POW/MIA issue, empathizing not only with the plight of the veteran, but also that of the families and friends who wait at home. Script writer: This version of the Narration is in the public domain; a few modifications have been made by Ann M. Wolf for adaptation to video as well as for live performance of the Ceremony.

DISCLOSURE REGARDING SCRIPT: Ann M. Wolf is an independently published, songwriter/recording artist/author, who happens to be a member of Rolling Thunder ®, Inc., Chapter 3, TN, as well as member of other civic orgs such as the American Legion Auxiliary & Riders, Post 13, Maryville, TN, & a registered member of PGR. She is also a supporter of the efforts of Honor, Release, Return & "The Ride Home," as well as "Silver Star Families of America." Most all organizations which are connected in some way to the Military do attend or conduct Missing Man Table Ceremonies on a regular basis; and so Ann is often asked if this Video project was on behalf of a particular organization. To answer that question she stated that, "This is an artistic and educational work, which is done voluntarily and not as a commissioned work by Rolling Thunder ®, Inc., National or any other POW/MIA org. My hope is that all of these marvelous groups will benefit as well as POW/MIAs & families."

Track 14 - "The 23rd Psalm": Says Ann, "I prayed for years, to "receive" music for this marvelous Psalm. Then one day the inspiration came, by which I was able to fashion a joyful, but tender melody. This song was first placed on the "Remember Me" CD in a more classic version. But when the time came for choosing content for "A Patriot's Heart," I realized that a simple, keyboard/vocal version could be made available for those seeking a musical rendition of the 23rd Psalm often included in memorial services & honors. Thus, I give you "The 23rd Psalm" for your comfort, but also in loving memory of those who have served & stood in harm's way, so that others might live." WATCH VIDEO

Songwriters: Music is written by Ann M. Wolf - c 2012 - BMI & Adaptation from Scripture (The Bible) by Ann M. Wolf.

Track 15 - "The Lighthouse Prayer": Says Ann, "I have added the subtitle of "The Prayer We Can Share" to this Narration; it was written to offer a unique way for all believers to pray together in the Unity of the Spirit as we remain connected by our hearts." Currently there are folks praying this prayer every weekend from different corners of the world; and you are welcome to join us." WATCH VIDEO
