ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Nothingness, Anthony Volpe's third full length album, is the sequel to his 2012 album, Existence. Meant to be the second album in a planned trilogy, Nothingness is the most serious of the three and was meant to contain the best songs he has ever written.

Nothingness relies more on acoustic guitars this time around but still retains some of the edge of his earlier work, namely the ferocious one-two punch of its opening tracks, "Meltdown" and "God's Will." The standout tracks on the album push Anthony's pop songwriting potential to its limit: the dance track "Autopilot," the jangle-pop anthem "Stones," and the powerful ballad "More Than Anything." The album contains 18 songs that cover the pop, rock, metal, funk, and electronic genres.
