Album Notes
Sometimes we get specific fan requests for songs and (sometimes) they're so interesting that we actually consider them. Here's the mail that inspired this song. The moral of the story? Be careful what you ask for when you're dealing with a band of crazy people.

"Hey Bill!

You know what I would love to hear you guys do in your singles releases? A I, IV, V, bluesy song with Tim on snotty as hell fuzz bass, Dave on one of those cheesy vintage combo organs I see in your old studio pics, and you on psycho wah-wah lead guitar meltdown.

Lay off the pipe organ funeral dirges for a while, ok?

It would be even cooler if you could include some lyrics about hookers with hearts of gold, and then somewhere, somehow, mention the American Idol TV show.

Oh, and could you bury the drums and vocals like you guys used to do on your early releases? Just for old time sake, you know?

I hope you will consider my suggestions because my friends and me agree that if you could do that, it would be EPIC!

Your fan 4ever,

Jerome P." asked for it! :-) - Bill
