Album Notes
Once described as "progressive rock that is deeply serious and musical", Anxious Grace "Sudden Rain" can be likened to '90's European theatre metal, modern arrangements, mixed with classical skill. Outstanding heavy guitar parts combined with beautiful string arrangements and meaningful lyrics, this is a unique record. The haunting female vocals have power and intent (Renee Tyler), then add the male vocal leads and backgrounds for grit and definition (Marty Vincelli). Each song has something to say. Recorded in Portland, Oregon, and San Francisco, CA (1992-1996).
