ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Steven Archdeacon is a singer/songwriter, guitarist, independent recording artist, and performing musician in the vein of Dave Matthews meets Clapton & Hendrix, who recently released his 2nd studio album entitled, "Frame of Mind." The album is very appropriate for the time we are living in today as everyone is trying to find their right frame of mind in dealing with the issues inside our own heads. Songs like, "Be the Change," "Frame of Mind," and "Voice of Reason" speak to that nature. Plus, the song "My Angel," which was written for his Mom (who is still alive), all talk about one common theme: LOVE!

His 1st album, entitled "No Turning Back," is dedicated to his father who passed away and like one fan says, “Archdeacon has a way of writing songs that can be uplifting and inspiring…these songs are open the car window and crank the music songs that will really get you going. You owe it to yourself to check out this talented, versatile song weaver."

A couple years ago he had the opportunity and privilege to sing the National Anthem at MetLife Stadium for Monster Jam in front of about 50,000 people. Here's the video:

His main goal is to sing the National Anthem at MetLife Stadium for a NY GIANTS game in dedication to his father who passed away.

He has traveled to England to play at The Cavern, where the Beatles became famous, as well as VA, TN, NC, LA, VT, Delaware, among many other places. He hopes to bring people together with his music and really make a positive impact on people's lives through his music. He is a member of Songsalive (www.songsalive.org), which is a songwriting community around the world that supports and promotes original music. Through Songsalive! he has had a picture placed on the front cover of the Indie Bible 9th, 12th, 13th, and 14th Editions, which is a publication that comes out once a year dedicated to helping independent musicians. Visit www.indiebible.com for more info.

His MAIN passion in life is MUSIC and strongly believes that if we all help each other out in life you really can’t go wrong because we will all benefit in the long run. He enjoys motivating others to do their very best in life as you only get back what you put into it.
He also raises money for the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) through his music, which is an organization that helps out soldiers wounded in battle. He has also had the opportunity to play in the Veterans Day Parade in NYC with the WWP to pay tribute to our soldiers with songs like, "Paid the Price" and "Veterans Day," which both were written in dedication to our soldiers. 20% of the sale of his album “No Turning Back” is donated to the WWP.
