What if you took your favorite early punk bands, 80’s New Wave bands and early 90’s Gothic Rock bands put them in a audio blender hit the puree button for a few minutes and you would have is Ardour of Angels! Their mixture of Punk energy and simplicity is smoothed over just enough with great New Wave synth lines to let the deeply emotional Goth influenced vocal lines blend in perfectly. Fronted by the Lady Spleen (Houston’s 2007 Miss Spooky) she proves she is more to deal with than just a pretty face. Add to that being backed up by the exceptionally talented Larry Rainwater’s (singer song writer for the acclaimed deathrock band Ex-VoTo) songwriting and production skills. Round it all off with the head crushing guitars and you have a band we like to call Ardour of Angels. This band is the Nu Wave for a Nu Century

I'm a very big fan of Ardour of Angels! This CD is great--the condition is wonderful, the sound is awesome, and the artwork is very nice. I recommend it! =3
