ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
What happens when you drive an hour out of Winnipeg with the band in -25 degree (Celsius) weather? The guitar swells and the melody lines start to sound like the northern lights. A perfect album to listen to when driving down a long stretch of highway, or huddled up in front on a fire with a good glass of scotch, the songs unfold like short films. Flirting with 1960s guitar tones, traveling between heavy base lines and raw melodies, Je deviens le loup is a complete road trip from the first track to the last. With Joey Landreth (Bros. Landreth) on guitars, Murray Pulver (Crash Test Dummies, Doc Walker) on acoustic, Benoit Morier (Lisa Leblanc, Chic Gamine) on bass, Anique Granger with backup vocals, and Don Benedictson and Marc Pérusse in the co-production seats, Lemire offers her most finely crafted songs to date. NOTE : Physical copy does not include Radio Edits.
