Taking it one step further...
Whereas Finally... was partly inspired by the encouragement from fellow MI7 members, on the aptly titled Collaborations Artie Q takes it even one step further by actually working together with some of these musicians. Artie Q has already proven to be perfectly able to write a good song on his own, but the input from the other people leads to a more diverse album, expertly held together by Artie Q's great voice. A couple of personal favourites are: the moving Chislehurst Rose, The Birthing which with its spoken word reminds me of The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy, the eastern flavoured Rain and the slightly dark Psycho Delight. But trust me when I say that every single tune on this album is more than worthwhile listening to, turning this into a splendid collection of excellent songs.

Outstanding!
This is an album that I would recommend to anyone who can appreciate good pop music.
The music of Artie Q has a special quality though... It has the easy accessibility of a good catchy popsong with melodies that stay with you long after the song is done, but under the surface there so much interesting going on and the lyrics are far more interesting than what we are used to hear in pop music.
I had the chance to work with him on various pieces of music, of which 2 of them are on this cd (Chislehurst Rose and Falling).
Artie Q is a great guy who makes wonderful music.
Highly recommended!
