ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Artificial Lifeforce has a unique sound that combines computer technology with human talent. We base our sound off of futuristic concepts and a sci-fi inspired story line driving the basis of every song we write. We don't just want our music to be sound, we want to get a message across. We want to make people aware of what the technology we use in our daily lives could evolve into. How will our future generations handle an exponentially growing society that could take us to the point where our technology runs every single aspect of our lives? Will we evolve to be a better species or will we turn into something else entirely?

We are currently writing 4 EPs followed by a full length album. Each EP introduces a new character into the story we are developing and, in the full length, the characters will interact to fight a greater evil.

In this album, the Technomancer, we introduce our first character. He is a coma patient that is experimented upon by a secret organization who is trying to merge the human mind with the internet. They are all too successful as he gains complete control over anything and everything that runs off of ethernet or wifi. The story told within the album mostly takes place inside the coma patient's muddled mind where he goes through all of the stages of grief and acceptance until he realizes and accepts what is happening to him.
