These powerful 30-minute recordings feature complete, Intermediate level Satyananda Yoga Nidra(R) practices.

Track 1 includes sankalpa, a standard body rotation, opposites of heavy/light and cool/warm, breath awareness in the frontal psychic passage, visualizations related to the chakras (including tattwa yantra imagery) and a concluding chant of 3 OMs and Om Shanti mantra.

Track 2 focuses on psychic nadi shodana (alternate nostril breath) and a detailed, intense practice of opposites for those seeking to develop mental equilibrium and release emotional tensions. It also includes sankalpa, a standard body rotation, and both pleasant and challenging nature visualizations.

These practices are ONLY RECOMMENDED for those with at least 6 months of weekly of Satyananda Yoga Nidra(R).
