Recent Albums
Bonk is the third album from drummer and composer, Austin Stewart, released in Fall 2018. Recorded on April 30, 2017 at Raven Call Studio, Drew's home studio in Portland, Oregon. The group added Farnell Newton (trumpet), along with Mac Brown (Guitar), Spencer Finnan (keys), Drew Nelson (bass), and Austin Stewart (drums/composer). Looking for a Sign is the second album from the Austin Stewart, released in Fall 2015. Recorded on April 20, 2013 at Mac's cabin on the Washougal River. They used a Tascam DR-680, known for field recording, and a room full of condenser mics to capture everything live. No overdubs, no re-tracking parts, just what came through their instruments. Some of the songs from that session were released in the Fall of 2013 on their debut album, Shake It Out.
