Blink is Chris Orazi's Avenue C followup to the successful album, Dream Taxi. Avenue C's music is a unique blend of jazz, pop with cinematic overtones. While the songs in Dream Taxi explore dream travel, those in Blink navigate the heart . The subjects include loss, rescue, escape, time, payment, cessation and resumption, and many avenues we all find ourselves traveling in life. The Avenue C vocalists rest on a band of horn sections, glistening guitars, driving rhythm and percussion. Typical for Avenue C, the styles are varied and include: rock, pop, jazz, funk, and orchestral.
