Excellent Classic Christian rock!
The music is truly a beautiful piece of classic rock complete with rockin’ guitar solos, hypnotizing drum beats, and majestic organ tunes. Azitis really knows how to create what you might call a “musical landscape.” The heavenly sounding voice recitation in “Judgment Day” is very cool – even haunting! Definitely a must have for any Christian classic rock collector.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the lyrics. I personally like Christian bands that sing very clearly about Jesus and our salvation in him. Azitis is obviously a Christian band but some of their songs don’t seem to have a clear biblical message, at least that I can easily decipher. And in many places the lyrics can not be heard or understood very well. But many of the songs do have a fairly clear message. Overall I still hold that this is a Christian classic rock artwork and a must-have for any admirer of Jesus Music.

Azitis has that great late 60's sound! I love it!
Back in the day, some rockers aspired to write songs with themes about Life's Big Questions. This is one. Great vibe here (If you like that era, anyway, and I do!). OK, so the band probably didn't have the Beatles' production budget, but to my indie-psyche-loving ears, it hardly matters. And if you're looking for the roots of Christian rock, this is a must-have.

Rebuttal to Joey D review of AZITIS/help CD
This re-issue was indeed taken from original tapes, although
somewhat old (25 years). If "Joey" would have listened close,
he would have heard the remix of many selections differ from
the original LP. Ye of no faith has yet to meet a true Christian,
Ethics once enlightened, are life long. Forgive Joey D. He has
just met one.
