Album Notes
The wait is over. Our new CD is finally out. This new recording features the band and a couple special guests:

White Loafer Mark Stevens on the piano
John Ware & Jay Monterose on guitars
Tom Ruggieri on sax

The songs that we wrote for this project.. Basically they are based on someone elses true stories. Isn't that what the blues is all about? This CD features Bob Mallardi on the bass & vocals, Roger Edsall on harp & vocals, Michael "Jr" Tash on guitar & vocals and David Thaler on the drums. Just like the previous two discs, we had Timm Biery to mix and forensically produce the tunes.

This CD made it to #5 on the SiriusXM Bluesville Picks to Click List - Find out why for yourself!
** 2012 IBC Best Self Produced Blues CD Finalist **

Arrest Me!
This new CD is well worth the wait. It is sweet and savory, with a smooth flow from beginning to end. There are sly nods and surprises carefully woven into several songs, and I found myself smiling throughout. If you enjoy the styles of the Nighthawks and Fabulous Thunderbirds, you will enjoy Bad Influence!

“Man Child” rolls out in an easy, timeless style that sets the pace nicely. Then I was dancing around to “Dressing Like You Don’t Dress For Me”, thinking of younger days, higher heels, and shorter skirts! This song pairs perfectly with the wonderfully energetic “Hey Red”. “Do As I Say” has a cool Zydeco groove, and “Sugar Daddy Baby” is a really nice jam. I wish “Run Through The Jungle” had more of a mean edge, but I can easily imagine the band doing so in an extended live version (hint, hint). “Cat Fight II: PTP” is a killer instrumental, plain and simple. The feline theme continues and I catch my breath a little during “Looking Right At Me”. Calling all cougars!

I turn on the blue lights in the basement for “As The Years Go Passing By”, and light a candle for Gary Moore. “Room 111” snapped me out of my trance and had me on my feet once again with toe-tapping rhythm and dynamite piano. Too much fun, indeed! The crawfish are steaming again as “Mailbox Blues” conjures up a ‘Nawlins feel. The lush, liquid guitar of “Hush Your Mouth” makes it one of my stand-out favorites on this CD. “Rockin’ My Boogie” plays us out on a high note and leaves me wanting more. Thank you all!
