Album Notes
what began in May 2018 with a private message between 2 musical acquaintances, has culminated into this 8-song collaboration of original music, and the birth of bad nectar.

Stacy Bugg is self-taught, and has gigged as a drummer, singer, guitarist and bassist. He has a performance history that includes shows at Johnny D's in Somerville, the Hard Rock cafe in Boston, Foxwoods casino in Connecticut, and the Bitter End in NYC. He has also released multiple CDS.

Stacy has played in funk, pop, rock, thrash, and jazz bands. When he isn't collaborating as a member of bad nectar, Stacy can be seen and heard playing with TSK, Restless Echo, and Mica’s Groove train.

Nevin Brown is an improvisational guitarist from the Seacoast area of New Hampshire. Mostly self-taught, Nevin committed significant amounts of time writing and recording his own compositions. playing guitar, bass, drums, piano and singing as needed in his home studio. Some selections from those sessions can be found on his SoundCloud page.

Before Co founding Bad Nectar, Nevin was the band director for midnight social orchestra, the house band for Lady Luck Burlesque, a Seacoast based burlesque dance troupe. With them, he has had repeat performances at the Portsmouth Music Hall, and the Vermont burlesque festival. Nevin was also a founding member and former band director of Woodland Protocol, a Seacoast rock cover band, playing in several venues across the Tri city area.

Through his connections with the seacoasts talented open mic circuit, Nevin assembled a summer band, Session Zero, that was honored by having one of their songs selected to be part of the 2018 Tedx Portsmouth conference.

With the release of invisible, both Nevin and Stacy are looking to continue collaboration, and do their part to help as many people as possible discover how good Bad Nectar can taste.
