ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Much like their public performances, The Bad Popes debut CD is an eclectic collection of Americana tunes. Based in Greenville, SC, The Bad Popes are veterans of many bands, including The Work, The Vigilantes of Love, The Jef Chandler Band, Danielle Howle Band, and many more. The members include Charles Hedgepath (guitar, vocals, and mandolin), Mike Bagwell (steel guitars, dobro and vocals), Jef Chandler (guitar and vocals), Chris Garrett (bass), and Kevin Heuer (drums). Unlike many of their public performances, the debut Bad Popes CD is an all-acoustic offering. From country-influenced tunes like Final Act and Cry Baby to Americana melodies like If You could Only, The Bad Popes debut cd is chock full of tunes that work their way into your subconscious and in your cd player and will stay their for some time.
