Album Notes
First and foremost my dreamy instrumental music is intentionally designed to take the listener on a journey away from the sometimes ordinary drudgery of everyday life. Return To Mount Olympus is a musical exploration of humanities need to create mythical deities throughout history. The listener is sonically transported through the “mists of time” to the home of the Greek God’s on Mount Olympus as it was known to them thousands of years ago. The album poses questions where such powerful beings might have gone and why. I have long been interested in ancient lore and the myths of old and have used them as launching points to create interesting musical soundscapes. All the sounds and instruments you hear on this album were created with a midi equipped guitar connected to a variety of synthesizers allowing me to compose otherworldly “guitar” music that would otherwise be impossible. I want to thank my friend and fellow New Wilderness musical collaborator Wayne Webb for his beautiful vibes work on “All Is Quiet In The House of Zeus”. To hear more of Wayne’s great work on vibes and flute I suggest that listeners go to our New Wilderness artist page. You won’t regret it.

Finally for any film or video producers out there who are looking for new music for various projects, I am available. Please give me a call at (716) 735-7096. I am sure I could create themes for you.
