Album Notes
Cam describes his work with typical humility, “Alone is an album of breakup songs, relationship endings and a lot of pain... where you end up alone, and hurt.  Since this was my solo project, I thought it was appropriate that I would call it Alone... I’d been dealing with ups and downs with a major relationship, and the dynamics of trying to get over someone and having them not need you anymore – or having them find someone else... So I was going through all of that personal hell and anyone who’s been through it knows what it can be like...”
Cam Basler has come out the other end of a long dark tunnel and is looking forward to getting on the road to promote his album. “I’m looking forward to playing this very personal music for people. Making this album gave me an avenue to focus all this intense energy I had onto something positive... I think that all of the songs end with a positive note... although they do have more of a sombre tone, I hope people can hear both sides...”
