Perfect for Writing
I am a writer, and I need CDs that are inspiring, yet not so distracting I can't construct sentences. Basque is perfect for me. The vocals are beautiful but "wordless" and the instrumental backups are edgy without being repetitive or irritating. This is faint praise for how much I like this CD, though. Inventive, fresh, just a little offbeat, and very beautiful. I would give it 5 stars if was just a little longer, though it helps that I like EVERY song (no bad ones)!
