Album Notes
This project reflects the many influences that were prevalent in my life. Influential song writers and wonderful production inspired me to create this collection of songs. The most recent impact on the music came from Lucky Lew who performed on, produced and engineered the album is a major part of the portrayal of what we wanted to do. Lucky has recorded and engineered notable bands talents such as Granddady and many others. The tracks move from progressive rock, synthesizer effects to a more basic acoustic rock and ultimately a slight reggae / american roots music feel. The many influences are David Bowie, John McGlaughlin, Gentle Giant, Black Uhuru, Tower Of Power, King Krimson, Bad Company, Bela Fleck and even some country influences such as Bob Wills and Merle Haggard. A listen through all the tracks will reveal the movement as described in the intent of the album.
