ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Seattle-based Beltfed Weapon to return with "Raining Plague" EP.

After six years, Seattle metallers Beltfed Weapon return with "Raining Plague," a self-financed endeavor that is scheduled for release on October 31st, 2015.

The six song EP is the followup to 2009's "Peace Keeper" and features founding member and rhythm guitarist Frank Hetzel along with the recording lineup of Steve DiGiorgio (Testament, Death, Sadus), bass, Fredrik Widigs (Marduk) drums, Dean Sternberg (Where Evil Follows, Ashes Of Ares, ex-Into Eternity touring singer), lead vocals and Andy Beech, lead guitar.

Jeff Loomis (Arch Enemy, Ex-Nevermore) returns for a guest solo along with Matt Wicklund (Ghost Ship Ocatvius, God Forbid, Warrel Dane, Himsa).

Produced by Frank Hetzel and Aaron Smith (Jeff Loomis, Seven Horn Seven Eyes), "Raining Plague" expands BELTFED WEAPON'S core sound with increased speed, precision and additional melody while retaining and accentuating the aggression fans have come to expect.

The EP was engineered, mixed and mastered by Aaron Smith at Envisage Audio with artwork by Van Williams (Ghost Ship Octavius, Ashes Of Ares, ex-Nevermore).
