ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Ben Kuzay is one of the world's leading instrumental bassists, and forerunner of the 'bass-shred' movement. His second album Perpetual Reign is the first album ever, by anybody, to feature as its format lead bass with metal accompaniment. Kuzay is already credited with influencing a movement of instrumental bassists whose purpose in creating music is strictly the art of self-expression. With each step he takes, musical boundaries are shattered and new realms created, by dint of sheer individuality, creativity, and inborn talent.

"Did you ever think there is a better bassist than Joey DeMaio (Manowar) walking around on planet earth? I insist you check out the bass parts on Ben Kuzay's song 'Vortex'."
-Stefan, Metal To Infinity Webzine http://www.metaltoinfinity.be/

"Ben Kuzay is a great virtuoso bass player. Great instrumental compositions on his cd Perpetual Reign."
-Mike McDowell, President of Shredguy Records

Guest appearances on this album:
David Harbour- bass and keyboard solos in Homage To Hated Heroes
Joel Wanasek- guitar solos in Ascension and Murdering Angels (Just For Fun)
