ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Bent Muffbanger is the stage name of Vermont native Carl Sheperd, a versatile songwriter and recording artist with over 30 years of experience of playing, writing and recording music. He has 13 self released albums, always with another in production. His most recent, Choad, is the latest step in the evolution of Bent Muffbanger.

Bent Muffbanger incorporates dual guitars, powerful melodies, introspective lyrics, and his distinctive harmonies to create his own unique 'wall of sound' sound. He masterfully combines styles and sounds to create some of the most ingenious, insightful, groove filled music you can find today. His style is heavily influenced by 70's and 80's rock, with his vocals often compared to Tom Petty, while his driving guitar sound is reminiscent of Joe Walsh.
