ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
BEYOND THE FIELDS - Celtic Folk Rock from Lake Constance

Founded by Swiss singer/songwriter André Bollier, and featuring folk, jazz and rock musicians from various countries, the band combines Irish and American folk traditions with rock, punk and other influences.

"The Falcon Lives" (2014) is the band's debut album, offering 11 original songs and a tribute to the late great Scottish songwriter Alistair Hulett.

Recorded, mixed and mastered by Eddy Sloof, the album introduces the talents of Eva Wey, one of the most versatile and most exciting young fiddlers in Switzerland's music scene.

The CD edition comes in an elegant 6-panel digipak with a 20-page booklet including all lyrics and plenty of pictures.
A real beauty!
