ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Celebrate sound and Bhakti Yoga in this mantra art project that has been years in the making….Bhakti Caravan’s first ecstatic chant mantra music CD release; Forest Dwellers.

This CD was arranged and composed as a playlist to fit a 1.5 hour Yoga Class. It is complete with a dharma talk, warm up songs, a wild apex peak songs, cool down songs, a Shavasana lullaby and an ending dharma closing prayer.

This CD is inspired by and pays respect to the original yogis, Rishi’s and Forest Dwellers, in communion with nature, the animals and the elements. It is also devoted to all the indigenous and to anyone that respects and protects the sacred, recognizing the sentient beings and venerable teachers in plants, minerals, elements, animals, Sages past and urban yogis present.

Please support this local home grown and bred project, recorded primarily here in the south (with a few recordings in Bali, Indo and Mayapur, India), in the woods and under the stars. We hope it brings you magic and a remembrance of the exquisiteness of our lives and all things in nature, remembering your roots as a forest dweller and a protector of the sacred, of which we call a yogi.
