valuable guidance introducing body awareness meditations
As a teacher of yoga and meditation(in both the yogic and Buddhist traditions), I found this an extremely helpful introduction to meditations that are not commonly presented. Many people have difficulty with sitting meditations, these two approaches are wonderful options for those people. For anyone who is experienced and even those who feel accomplished at the more common sitting practices, these take the mindfulness and awareness into the body in a beautiful way, expanding the tools we have for deepening our sadhana.
