by Big Head Little Body

Great band, great songs, jammed down and experimented with to the max - noise and melody with full on drums. We do pop songs, melody etc, but with a few twists turns and surprises. We can also get pretty sonic, (OK noisy.), but don't panic, it's tasty.

Album Notes
Big Head Little Body is: Brian Baker, (guitars, keyboards, and vocals), Paul Vaneekelen, (drums and percussion), and Michael Lamb, (bass).
"Bug" was recorded during 1999 in Briagolong, a little town in Gippsland, Victoria, Australia, at Brian's 16 track digital studio.
We recorded the rhythm tracks in a live jam over three or four days, then spent a few months adding guitars, vocals, keyboards, and manipulating various samples and bits of other live jams we'd recorded. Stuart Manderson played some additional keyboards, guitar, and sang some backing vocals. He also did some great live shows with us. Thanks Stu.

Then we spent a week mixing and mastering the whole deal at David Briggs Production Workshop in Melbourne Australia.

You should know that this is a tricky little record, it's got a few things that you don't pick up on first listen. For instance the track id's are set up in such a way that there's more on the CD if you play it all the way through. Skipping from track to track you just get the songs.....

All songs written by Brian Baker except 'Spasm' (Baker/Vaneekelen) and 'Prayer Wheel' (Baker, Vaneekelen, Lamb.) Produced by Brian Baker.

We hope you enjoy "Bug"
