ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Big Mamou's selection of material has evolved over the years to include not only traditional Cajun and Zydeco songs in French but also a mix of original rock and country. Lately the band has started calling its music “Cosmic Cajun and Country” which somehow describes the otherworldly common denominator (besides the accordion) that runs through much of the repertoire. The band is based in Montclair, NJ.
