ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This song was written and recorded in 1984 when Euphonic Studio was still recording on 4 track tape.

The Traveler is a post-apocalyptic vision. In about 2050, a man wandering through the wreckage left behind by whatever catastrophe has ended the world as we now know it happens across a small encampment of survivors. Starving and thirsty, he offers to tell the camp his story and the condition of the outside world for a cup of water.

Bill Niemi, Euphonic's founder, is a 2010 Mid-America Music Hall of Fame inductee. He began study of piano at age 5, violin at age 9, and picked up brass, guitar, bass, pedal steel, and harmonica along the way. Euphonic Studio is a teaching studio 2 days a week and a recording studio the other 5 days.

Euphonic Studio was founded in 1979 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as a 4 track personal studio for recording and writing projects. Over the years we have grown to a modern hybrid studio, featuring the best of both digital and analog gear. We have a songwriting team that is actively seeking singers to record our music. The cost of recording and promotion of the song is free to the artist, plus you own the performance rights. For more information on this, please call 1.319.895.8002.

Euphonic Studio is located in the town of Mount Vernon, Iowa (near Cedar Rapids) where Bill serves on City Council and as Mayor Pro Tem.
