ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Two of Detroit's most talented and decorated musicians, Billy Brandt and Sarana Verlin play an original blend of Celtic and Americana. Both have won numerous Detroit Music Awards in folk, country, and rock categories. Taking music across the ocean and back, they blend elements of Celtic and Americana roots in what they like to call 'Celticana'.

VerLin's rhythm guitar is the perfect backdrop for Brandt's soulful guitar work. He returns the favor with magical guitar accompaniement when she picks up the violin for some haunting celtic melodies.
All recorded live in Billy's Basement

"So call it country-rock, folk-rock, alt-country,late 60s or retro, or just forget about labels and enjoy the music..."
Detroit Free Press

"She plays a wicked violin, drawing in crowds as swiftly as she draws her bow."
