ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Saxophonist/composer Bobby Read is back with another set of original tunes, backed up by Randy Johnston on guitar, Jonah Kane-West on organ, Robert Jospe on drums, and Randall Pharr on bass.
Recorded in 2 short sessions, "Saturn Blue" is full of interesting tunes and compelling playing from all involved.

After 20 great years as the horn player with Bruce Hornsby and The Noisemakers, Bobby has retired from the road and is concentrating on creating more and more original music, so there will be more!
