Album Notes
The idea for this CD had been rolling around in my mind for a couple of years. It was first suggested by my wife Annette and Pastor Doug Magers. I thought it was a great idea. I had always wanted to record a collection of inspirational songs.

While I was considering what songs to record, I decided it should be a solo guitar project. Since I started playing guitar, I’ve had a passion for arranging tunes for solo guitar.

I tried to create a mood where one can quietly reflect as you listen to the music. Arranging and playing these songs has allowed me to feel their inspirational qualities. I believe they have the power to inspire you, as well.

While finishing this project, I was made aware of special needs by a family I’m acquainted with. They are originally from the Mansfield, Ohio area and are now living in Cleveland. Pastor Ryan and Summer Davis and their sons Eli, 5, and Caden, 3, are eagerly awaiting the day when they can welcome their new son, Gabriel, to be a part of their family. Gabriel is a two-and-a-half-year-old little boy from Ghana, Africa who has special needs due to deformities in his legs and feet. Ryan and Summer felt led to adopt, and they are trusting God to provide the money needed for the adoption.
After thinking about how I could help this family, I have decided to donate 50% of the profits from this CD to them. For more information please visit http://www.gracecma.org/gabe
