ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Walk In The WildWood features an original tune from the same title as tale of he and his wife Diane's journey through life. The covers are a collection of tunes as frequent requests from his three children. In addition to Brad, he is joined by some great friends backing him up on instruments and vocals; Rick Krause on vocals, guitar, harmonica and Banjo, Ruthie and Blaine McQuinn on Vocals and Fiddles, Katie Krause on vocals, Cathy and Jon Peik on Fiddle, Bass and Banjo, Steve Gotcher on Bass Vocals, Brian Ray on mandolin.

Brad has been performing live around the Southern Wisconsin area for over 30 years. Brad plays an eclectic mix of folk, old time and bluegrass music influenced by artist like Doc Watson, The Carter Family, Bob Dylan, John Prine and James Taylor. Brad is also a solid flat-picking artist playing a nice collection of old time fiddle tunes that ring out nicely on his vintage Martin guitars.

Brad has previously played with the Penny-Royal String Band, The Blue Sky String Band in and around the Milwaukee and Madison markets. You might catch him picking away at a barn dance, contra dance, local jam session or an occasional solo gig here and there.
