ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Slow Healer is a collection of songs of love and loss. With acoustic guitar and strong vocal melodies, the styles vary to tell the stories, ranging from folk-rock to old-soul to altcountry.

The musicians: Jonathan Hughes (dronelab.com) on bass, Anthony Realbuto (The Eventide) on drums and guitar: Jeffry Braun and producer Jean-Christophe Santallis. Mike Daly (of Whiskeytown fame) contributes pedal steel and mandocello on tracks 3 and 6. Jason Braun (Jeffry's brother) plays blues guitar on track 8.

"I didn't set out to create a new style of music, I just want to tell my stories for folks to relate to. I listen to music to help me through tough times - to cheer me up, or make me realize I am not the only one that feels a certain way. With love songs and love lost songs, Slow Healer tries to do the same thing for any one who listens."
