ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The techniques contained in these files reflect breakthroughs in the "emotional reframing" of stress and trauma-based physical and emotional pain imprinted from memories. Our experiences of physical and emotional overwhelm result in the "freezing" of our feelings and the capture of "state-bound" memory, contributing to recurring pain, depression, anxiety, migraines, and unhealthy coping behaviors. For the majority of us, a significant percentage of the pain in our bodies in a given day is memory-based. These experiences of stress and trauma raise our adrenal responses and weaken our immune systems. Through these exercises, visualizations, and meditations, Brent Baum leads us through the dynamic strategies used successfully in his work with over 20,000 trauma survivors over the last two decades. The techniques utilized in "Holographic Memory Resolution" help to induce an alpha-theta brainwave state, enabling the listener to remain relaxed while providing enhanced support for the emotional reframing of the imprints of the past. Utilizing the infinite language of color, we can transmit complex messages to the bodymind to release the outdated attachments to past and to help us live fully empowered in the present moment.

The Audio-file includes the 15 principal exercises and meditations that I teach for stress and trauma resolution, including an introduction for each exercise and suggestions for application. This includes: 1) Safe Scene, (identifying and establishing your personal frequency for anchoring safety in the bodymind), 2) Medicine/Angel Wheel Exercise (for protection and healing), 3) Blue Light Exercise (for headache and stress reduction, as well as increasing body-awareness), 4) Both Level 1 (for single scene trauma) and Level 2 (trauma pattern) Reframes, 5) Reparenting Exercise (archetypal reframe of childhood and reset of parenting definitions), 6) Individuation and Reclamation Exercises (helpful for achieving the healing and closure of relationships), 7) Exercises for Strengthening Boundaries, 8) The Basic Principles of Emotional/Color Reframing, 9) Grounding and Anchoring techniques, and 10) The “12-Chakra Meditation (useful for empowering and renewing the energy centers of the bodymind.

Testimonials:
"Brent Baum has masterfully discovered a part of the equation linking medicine and Somatic (body-centered) psychology: the power of the mind to impact its body's physiology, to aid one in resolving memory-based pathology by empowering the 'healer within.' Utilizing these techniques has profoundly influence my practice, and it is my hope that his message continues to transform the lives of patients and practitioners alike." Mary D. Gaddy, M.D., Neurologist

"Brent's work is truly remarkable. He teaches us how to come out of 'trance' -- to stop passing through the world unconsciously and to live in 'present moment time' -- the only time living is possible. He is the safest man I've ever been in the presence of in my life." Wyatt Webb, Published Author and Developer of the "Equine Experience" at Miraval.
