Album Notes
This eclectic album combines liberal, political undertones with inspirational music that begs you to “never give up”. An inspiring pop/rock album designed for the road, this artist’s talent shines through as versatile and thought provoking.

Says Bridget, “I really wanted to create an album where each song had a different sound/beat so the music lover wouldn’t get bored…I love combining rock, sexual undertones like ‘My Palace’ with the more quasi hip-hop, patriotic song like ‘Not Quite Heaven’, then making you happy with the inspirational ‘Spread Your Wings’. It’s what I do!”

This debut album shows the true talent of this songwriter’s musical career. You’ll be awed by each song’s lyrical/musical complexity and inspired by its motivating messages. By many fans of this Seattle artist, it has been deemed her best so far, being rated among her second album “Magic Stones” and subsequent single “Reprieve.” Just read the reviews below to know what is being said, and enjoy the music!

Special note: Since releasing this album, Bridget St John has changed her band name to Sweet Punch. As it turns out, there is another Bridget St.John: a folk/rock artist from Great Britian back in the 60's/70's with a quite a following. With the other Bridget's product still out there, this Bridget decided to end the confusion. See related links on this page to Sweet Punch on CD Baby.

Great CD!!
I am not a liberal and I enjoyed this CD. I have to say that one song stood out more than the others and gives me inspiration everytime I hear it; 'Spread Your Wings'. I have listened to this song over and over and haven't tired of it yet. I recommend this CD to everyone and hope you get as inspired as I was when I listened to it. Why 'Spread Your Wings' isn't a number one single is a mystery to me. Hopefully the right person will hear it and make it the hit it's meant to be.

Most talented voice i have heard in a long time.
My favorite songs are Win and Spread Your Wings...Win tells a story about my entire life, so i can relate to it, and i like songs like that, Spread Your Wings, reminds me of my parents, and how they are looking over me, it makes me feel like they are still here, it gives me inspiration...and to my favorite singer song writer, I Love You, i do believe that this new talent will take it to the top, the entire CD is Awesome, proud to be an owner of one, you have to get it!!!!

Are you the type of person who gets into music for the lyrics, or for the engaging sound and rhythm? Doesn't matter, really. This CD has it all!I was hooked after listening to Eleanor - a powerful song, by the way. Spread Your Wings, though, really touches my heart and gives me inspiration when I'm ready to just spit at the world in disgust. I'd recommend this CD to anyone who enjoys good music and intelligent, yet very singable, lyrics - and you don't have to be just an 80's fan!

Great Innovative CD
It's great to hear music that is so original and inspirational. I get tired of the same ol same ol music that all comes from a mold. Great job and keep up the great work!!!!!!!
