ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
"The Bristol Brothers" are not really blood kin, but are Don Springer and Richard Hood. Joking on stage we introduce ourselves as a pair of "recovereing bluegrass musicians". We've played bluegrass music professionally off and on for all our lives, most recently with Bristol Mountain Bluegrass. But these older styles ring far truer to us. We have come to love playing and talking about old style acoustic music. We hope this album will give you a taste for it.
