Album Notes
"Dreams without Punctuation, Vol. 3: Kama (Sexuality)"

Three 20-minute electronic pieces designed for meditation, focusing on enhancing sexuality, employing the Solfeggio frequencies.

As with Volume Two in the Dreams series, Volume Three, Kama (Sexuality), uses the Solfeggio Frequencies, with the emphasis on gender, sexuality, heart and circulation, and genitalia.
To provide those exact frequencies, Buck used tunable signal generators and pitch-shifted the voices and instruments.
Each piece is preceded by five seconds of silence giving the listener time to settle into a comfortable position.

“Kama.1 – Shakti.” The female, Venus, orbits at a frequency of 442 Hz (A4) and rotates at 409 Hz (Ab4); a minor Second. The sexuality frequency of 586 HZ (Db5) resonates throughout, with a panning cycle of twenty seconds. Low frequency filter oscillators are applied inducing a slow-moving pulsation. With the rhythmic introduction of organ and spirit tones, Venus begins to explore herself, giving off vocal sounds that culminate in sighs of ecstasy.

“Kama.2 – Shiva.” The male, Mars, orbits at a frequency of 289 Hz (D4) and rotates at 389 Hz (G4); a Fourth. Sharing the same sexual frequency (Db5), panning cycle and low frequency filter oscillators as Venus, Mars follows an undulating pattern of sequential organ and spirit tones. The Mars vocal chorus replaces the planet’s frequencies with guttural groans and moans that scale the Solfeggio mountain, where they reach the peak and fall into silence.

“Kama.3 – Samadhi.” The male and female, Mars and Venus, come together. In the beginning, they meet as Mars and Venus and there is discordance. But rhythmic tones, pulsating beneath them, draw them closer, until their discourse is replaced by harmonious choral voices that crescendo into a climatic coda, leaving them catching their breath.

For full benefit, listen with headphones.
