Album Notes
Hi. I'm Jane Cassidy. I'm not the one from Ireland. I'm the one better known in living history circles as Buffalo Woman. I write songs and share them around campfires at living history events.

Quite a few years ago, I released an album (Is That A Real Fire?) and ever since, people have been asking for another. Life got in the way, but it's here: When the Hooter's Got Your Knife!!!

(In case you're wondering, a Hooter is what we call the portajohns at living history events.)

While a few of the songs on this album do refer specifically to the Rendezvous / Living History experience, 21st century people will enjoy them anyway. The rest draw their inspiraiton from - well, anywhere. History, dogs, credit cards, legends, performing...
