Album Notes
Our new name comes today with the release of this song, we present H'okhá, the first single of what will be our fourth album, which we announce will be released on summer 2019.

H'okhá was composed 6 years ago at a time of many changes in our lives, a song that has been transformed, today seems perfectly timely its appearance, accompanying this moment of change, reminding us of how life is cyclic and how it's in constant transformation; we present it today with great emotion.

It was recorded during the month of May, sung in Spanish at the Right Coast Recording studios in United States by producer Bobby Gentilo, and with the participation of Dale Wise on drums, Carlos Elliot on vocals and guitar, Bobby Gentilo on guitar and background vocals, and Reed Brown on PowBow Lakota drum and vocals.

Our new name does not describe only the band, nor its members, but the entire community, all the people of spirit, regardless of race, sex, age, origin, culture or belief, seeking its truth and purpose. A new name that reminds us that we are part of something bigger and that music unites us and connects us with that great Spirit, that music capable of activating our own internal medicine. This new name was revealed in the practice of rituals typical of the original peoples of America.

You can already hear it on all digital platforms: H'okhá - Carlos Elliot & Gente Espiritu.

H'okhá in Lakota native language means, the singer and drum beater, providing music for the dance and healing.
Some experimental music with native american flavour, dancing Blues, Roots & Rock'nRoll from the spirit.
