Album Notes
Carol Ann Jones is a talented songwriter, recording artist and performer from Northern Vermont. During the day, she is active in the Music & Memory initiative singing in assisted living facilities and memory care centers across Vermont. In the evenings, she brings her original music to great listening venues and fine dining establishments around Vermont. But don't be surprised, this gal is also an accountant and a dairy farmer. Wife, mother, grandmother and so much more - she seeks adventure in everything she does and it is evident in her songwriting and choice of cover tunes. She started singing in the church choir in grade school and learned the violin and flute as a young student. It wasn't until Carol's husband encouraged her to teach her self to play guitar that the prolific songwriting occurred as Carol hit her forties. Now with three original albums to her credit, this fourth album, sure to become a holiday classic, gives you a taste of the holidays that Carol holds so dear to her heart. She believes that her parents naming her "Carol" was a premonition of the joyful music to come!

Warm and Bright
Carol Ann's voice is clean and pure, just the thing to warm your heart on a cold winter's night. I especially like the haunting sound of the "Norse Lullaby".
