Album Notes
Here it is! The long awaited 2nd album from CHAINBREAK3R, "Set Me Free". As with their self titled debut, they bring a great set of songs that are gauranteed to remind you of the "good ol' days", when rock used to rock. At the same time, they take you to that spiritual place you've been needing to go CHAINBREAK3R is simply an old-school guitar driven rock band with a message. The message is clear, Jesus Christ is Lord! A little more on the "rock" side of Southern Rock, their style is a derivative of the Classic, Blues, and Southern Rock of the 70's, and the Hard Rock of the very early 80's. The vocals are delivered in that old Allman Brothers/Lynyrd Skynyrd style, and are the vehicle for the message of hope and faith. With the solid backing of John Compala on drums, and Jeff Robinson on bass, the miracle of this band is Jay Harris. Not only the singer/songwriter, but the guitarist as well. That being said, if you see his hands, you would never believe he plays guitar at all, nevermind the fretwork displayed on their 2 albums. He was struck with a form of Muscular Distrophy that completely ravaged his hands. He shouldn't be able to do this, but just ask him and he'll tell you, " With God, all things are possible!" It looks like God is smiling down on this band!

Awesome Album. God is using Chainbreaker in a mighty way and there is definately an anointing on the music as it truly glorifies the LORD God of our Savior the Father of Glory in a wonderful way as we see a gendre of music once used by the enemy to hold us in bondage now being used to lead us to the Lord Jesus the only one who can truly SET US FREE. I thank the LORD for Chainbreaker and I pray the the Father continue to use them and send them with their music into His Harvest. In Jesus Name
