ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Chance Gardner is a 6-time HMA (Hawaii Music Awards-internet voting worldwide) winner 'Best CD of the Year' in Rock, Blues and Folk categories. Chance's fingerstyle guitar playing has been described as "sounds like three guitars" and his voice "like gravel in a silk bag".
Americana Soul features Marvin Knox on saxophone and flute, Todd Taylor on bass and Woodstock on the drums and was recorded at Chance Gardner Studios in Daytona Beach, Florida.
Marvin Knox is well-known for playing two saxophones at one time and you can hear that live (no overdubs) on track 5, 'Don't Fall in Love'. Also his flute playing is superb and best featured on track 8, 'More in Love With You'. He also has toured with the band Champaign.
Todd Taylor on bass is a native of Daytona Beach and featured on many videos by guitar virtuoso James Crouch.
Woodstock has toured with many well-known bands including .Fats Domino.
