ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Charley and Bernie have been playing together for the past 9 years, and the latest incarnation is known as "Charles and Bernard." Based out of the Hudson Valley, this home-grown musical duo combines a laid-back acoustic feel intertwined with an upbeat energetic rhythm. The music is original Americana style with acoustic guitar, mandolin, harmonica and percussion with touches of electric guitar, violin and keyboards giving a bluesy jazz feel with moods ranging from a Sunday in the park to a wild Saturday night. Through their endless love of music, it is their hope that their tunes will continue to reach the hearts and minds of fans everywhere. Check them out! You'll be glad you did!

We dedicate this album to our fallen comrade and original producer, the very talented Buck Brundage from Creative Couch Productions. He was the reason we started this album, and his professionalism and guidance helped us to accomplish our dreams. Buck started us on the recording process, but was taken from us in 2011 (RIP).
The tracks were completed with Jessica Klee at JLK Productions, and the mixing was done by the Grammy winning Phil Magnotti of Silvermine Studios, and Jessica Klee with the mastering completed by Phil. We hope we did Buck proud.
