ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Four musical works composed as sound sculptures. The material is made of musical instruments, agitation of waste metal, humans or birds conversations. The specific movement, texture and articulations of each original sound influence the shaping work to unheard new sounds.

Forest Vibes: the woody taste of the multiple sounds of reeds leads to the presence of a mysterious forest animated by waves of trepidation of the trees, by choirs of birds and brushes by magic spirits.

Softmetal : loud vibrations of energy spread across clouds of sound particle : a perception of the nature probably inspired by the representations of the quantum mechanics, definitely quite poetic.

Over the City :
1. Rumor : when approaching toward the town, the indistinct rumor progressively becomes more detailed, such as sounds of the street and of passers-by.
2. Inside the factory : a polyphony of machines in continuous or repetitive processes.
3. At an inhabitant's : attracted by notes from a piano, we introduce into the home of a collector of sound objects.
4. At the market : the stallholders' shouts, like choruses in the music.
5. Conviviality : around the bridge: cafés, restaurants and street musics.

Persisting objects : just awake dancing shapes come to disconcerting ballets. Furtive transformations of fleeting assemblies of selected and carefully re-forged metallic noises.
