Much Better If...
As the author of this guided meditation, I am obviously biased to think it's excellent, but you should know about something I don't think is obvious from the description above. These guided meditations are taken from my Mind Science book, and I recorded them because a lot of people have told me they really like my voice guiding them, rather than just the words on the pages of the book. You can use these alone if you already know something about meditation, but they are more effective if you have the book (paperback or ebook, available on Amazon and other places) too.
