Album Notes
This collection of songs written by Benjamin Pietsch and Cheryl Pietsch (aka "Cheryl Peach") spans more than 30 years of their recording music together. Each song was recorded with studio musicians. Cheryl Peach sang eight of the songs. Three of the songs were sung by Benjamin Pietsch, who produced, wrote arrangements, and played many of the instruments for all ten of these recordings.

Award-winning singer Cheryl Peach performed as a featured vocal soloist in concerts with celebrities such as Bob Hope, the Oak Ridge Boys, and Lee Greenwood. Cheryl Peach has performed thousands of times at venues including Lincoln Center, the Hollywood Bowl, Texas State Fair, Disney World, Mormon Tabernacle, Brigham Young University, Liberty University, National Cathedral, as well as nationally televised singing of the National Anthem for the Baltimore Orioles, and Dallas Cowboys. Cheryl Peach also appeared in the television series “Music America Loves” on PBS, and hosted the Cheryl Peach gospel television show.

Benjamin Pietsch played string bass, bass guitar, and/or electric guitar on stage with Frank Sinatra, Roger Miller, Burl Ives, Aaron Copland, Van Cliburn, Robert Shaw, Harvey Philips, Eugene Fodor, Arthur Fiedler, Oak Ridge Boys, Nancy LaMott, the US Armed Forces Bicentennial Band, the US Army Field Band, the Soldier's Chorus, and of course, award-winning singer Cheryl Peach. He played keyboards, guitars, bass guitar, and/or drums on all 10 of these recordings of original songs along with top session musicians in Nashville, or in the Washington, DC area. Ben is also a soloist on string bass, having studied with virtuoso Gary Karr, as well as Murray Grodner at Indiana University Music School, and John Mathews through Peabody Institute.
