About the songs:
Goin' Back to Jersey: This one is dedicated to all my friends from my home town of Kinnelon, NJ.
There's A Showdown Comin' : At some point the bankers and the politicians are going to go too far, and the poor and the middle class are going to rise up and it's going to get ugly.
Midnight Special: Most people don't know that this song goes all the way back to the 1800's. It refers to the legend among slaves that "If the light from the Midnight Special shone on you, you would soon be free."
The United States Of The NRA: This one was inspired by the massacre at Newtown, CT. If the murder of 20 little children isn't enough to change things, I don't know what will be.
Billy The Kid: A true story.
Wayfaring Stranger: I'm not very religious at all but I've always liked this song.
Redneck Republic: This one was inspired by the new "Guns Everywhere" law that passed in Georgia.
