Album Notes
The "Sneaky Pants" project came about primarily from Chris Knowles. He contacted me with the possibilty of creating music. I have never physically met Chris, yet we immediately established a virtual bond which apparently has transcended the physicality in which frienships are usually based on. The music that is represented in this CD is a reflection of how two musician's think along certain lines.
Those lines are based in a non-traditional approach to jazz structure, as well as the improvisation that flows over those structures. Although, we do use one traditional jazz format the blues, but that's just to create a referential root element into where it all came from, as opposed to where Chris and I choose to venture as a result of these roots..
