Once Adreamed
Music and lyrics by Christian Älvestam

To throw a bridge across the river
Of unmindfulness
And disappear into the void
Never to return
Still, will not take its breath away
Falling back on dust
The unexplored retreat within

Closed, the door against every fear
At the threshold of nowhere near
The last attempted escape
Through the failures of yesteryear
Yet standing up to hard wear
Shiftings not able to take shape
A life once adreamed -
Now wakening in the clear

From what was said to be a shelter,
Deafening alarm
The weight of secrecy and silence
Burning mirrors end
Another storm cloud passing by,
willingly adrift
It's a long lane that has no turning

Once adreamed

(repeat chorus)

Once adreamed

Time To Let Go
Music by Thomas "Plec" Johansson and Christian Älvestam
Lyrics by Christian Älvestam

Always on the way out
None the less unheard
Crying out in silence
In so many words
All to close for comfort
What is lead astray
So much the more apparent
Yet so far away

It's been the same now
For so long
Worn to a thread
And just barely holding on

When all is said and done
Trying again is not worth while
Emotions come undone
Time to let go
No matter what they say
It's just the way the story goes
Defeat has had its day
Time to let go

Always on the wrong track
With no end in view
Even so come what may
Fate will follow through

It's been the same now
For so long
Worn to a thread
And just barely holding on

(repeat chorus)

Music and lyrics by Christian Älvestam

Whenever stranger times anear
The winds of doubt start to blow
Wide across the sky
Beating a path through the ashes of tomorrow

Another wave now motionless
Reality from afar
Drifting aimlessly
Into a world of uncertainty and shooting stars

The understanding of letting go
A well of knowledge and fear
With the coming dawn
Following through on a night no more to reappear

A future told to reflect the age
Aglow yet fading anew
From behind the clouds
Burning itself out, the sun that never quite withdrew

The Unforsaken
Music and lyrics by Christian Älvestam

Only now seeing again
The time has come
Clear away, restore the light
The cracks undone
Fear the ghost laid down inside
A broken reed
On the rise, the left behind
A wasteland freed

No longer bearing down upon
the flame retaken
Now opening the curtains drawn
on the unforsaken

Fate in exile - cold, yet alive
The mark of Cain
Seeding fire
Reap fields from ashes
Become the pain
From the fold another wanderer
A change of scene
Side against the undefined
Remove the screen

(repeat chorus)

En Knippa Ljung
Music by Christian Älvestam
Lyrics by Anne-Britt Älvestam

(repeat chorus)

En knippa ljung

(repeat chorus)
